Leigh Ann Garofalo
Leigh Ann began teaching yoga in 2016 to adults, children, and families. Through the practice of yoga, she helps individuals energize their bodies by connecting to their prana energy, the universal energy that flows in and around all beings. By energizing the body through asanas and breath, oxygen levels increase, leading to greater happiness and health. When individuals feel better in their bodies, they can experience more peace and cultivate compassion and love for themselves and all beings.
