Hatha Tristana Workshop

We welcome you to take a traditional Hatha yoga class, where you will be guided to experience all 3 levels: the Body, Breath and Consciousness.

The sequence will include traditional yoga poses, followed by pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. This workshop will help you go inwards and deepen your experience of yoga.

No prior experience is required, it is recommended to wear comfortable yoga clothing and bring a meditation pillow (optional). 

It is encouraged to refrain from eating 1-2 hours prior.
