Teaching is in my bones. And yoga?
That's in my bones too.
I've spent 23 years in the classroom and learned that the best environment for growth is one where you feel both challenged and cared for. After more than 20 years on the mat, I'm bringing that same dedication to the studio, where I hope my fellow yogis can find what I've always found here: strength and stillness, all in the same breath.
Yoga is my church. It's my one hour of peace in an otherwise full life where I reconnect with myself, push my edges, and extend grace to my body when needed. I believe movement should be both athletic and restorative. We work hard and we soften.
I came to yoga with a deep respect for what our bodies can do over a lifetime. This practice isn't about peak poses or perfect form — it's preventative, sustainable, and long-game thinking. The goal isn't just to feel good on the mat today, but to move well and live fully for decades to come.
Since I also love to travel, one of the things I treasure most about yoga is that it takes up no room in your luggage. This practice has followed me to Iceland, Austria, Costa, Rica, Morocco and the Czech Republic — a reminder that no matter where you are in the world, yoga is universal and the mat is always home.
If you're looking for a class where you'll be genuinely challenged but met where you are, I would love to practice alongside you!
